1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the pub 504 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Your acceptance also extends to the pub 504 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing pub 504 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that party to these Terms. Continued use of the pub 504 platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to maintain an active account on pub 504:

• You must be a legal resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms licensed under PAGCOR is lawful.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pub 504, PAGCOR, or any equivalent regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of pub 504 or any of its affiliate companies, partner studios, or technology vendors.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not have been previously banned or permanently excluded from the pub 504 platform.

pub 504 may suspend or permanently close any account where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have been breached. Any outstanding balance in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on pub 504. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under your own name or under an alias — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, your date of birth, your current address, and a valid mobile number. pub 504 will use this information in part to verify your identity and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

3.3 Identity Verification

pub 504 conducts identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR's KYC framework. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys card, or Postal ID), proof of address, and in certain cases, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by pub 504 may result in withdrawal restrictions and account suspension. Verified accounts enjoy full withdrawal limits and priority processing.

3.4 Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. pub 504 will never contact you by phone, email, or chat to request your password.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pub 504 account credentials. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pub 504 support immediately via the live chat facility or by emailing the support address provided on the platform.

pub 504 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations. The Platform reserves the right to implement additional security checks — including but not limited to two-factor authentication prompts and device verification — at its discretion, particularly where unusual account activity is detected.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pub 504 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Instapay, and PESONet. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pub 504 does not accept payments in foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or through third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

5.3 Processing Timeframes

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your pub 504 wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. pub 504 reserves the right to extend processing times for withdrawals pending additional verification checks in compliance with AML obligations.

5.4 Prohibition on Third-Party Funding

You may not use a payment method registered to another person. All deposits must originate from an account in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned (less any applicable transfer fees) and may trigger an account security review. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method in your own name and registered to your verified account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards issued by pub 504 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds issued by pub 504 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real-money winnings. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the offer. Failure to complete wagering within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

• One bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through technical means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

6.4 Maximum Bonus Win Conversion

Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be converted from bonus winnings to withdrawable real-money balance is five times (5x) the original bonus amount. For example, a ₱500 bonus may generate a maximum of ₱2,500 in withdrawable winnings regardless of total winnings generated during bonus play.

7. Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on pub 504 are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money. pub 504 shall not be liable for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7.1 RNG Certification

These certifications confirm that game outcomes are unpredictable, unbiased, and cannot be manipulated by either the Platform or the player.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Results in live games are final once the dealer closes the round. pub 504 and its live casino providers are not responsible for losses resulting from network interruptions, streaming delays, or hardware issues on the player's end. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pub 504 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering or using pub 504 as a conduit to layer, place, or integrate illicit funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undocumented game mechanics for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or live dealers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software that interacts with pub 504 in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions without prior dispute resolution through pub 504 support.

• Transferring account balances, bonuses, or winnings to other accounts or persons.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pub 504 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the pub 504 platform without prior written consent from pub 504. Any unauthorised use of pub 504 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub 504's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your pub 504 wallet at the time the claim arises.

pub 504 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses or damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, reputation, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from network failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions outside the control of pub 504.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of your decision to wager on the platform.
• Delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or the PAGCOR regulatory review process.

The pub 504 platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pub 504 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content, game, or service on the platform.

12. Privacy & Data

pub 504 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pub 504, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, platform security, and regulatory reporting obligations.

pub 504 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with certified service providers, payment processors, game studios, and regulatory authorities as required by law or contractual obligation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pub 504 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or prominent in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the amendment. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of your rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of pub 504 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure through the support team.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 Suspension by pub 504

pub 504 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; money laundering or match-fixing; a player has self-excluded or been excluded by a regulatory authority; a player is found to be ineligible; or for any other reason required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR direction.

14.2 Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pub 504 support via live chat. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance in your account (excluding voided bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure does not release you from obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be considered dormant. pub 504 will notify you by email before a dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the notification. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be closed without further notice.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. pub 504 is operated under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pub 504's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support through official channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or seek recourse through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above process.
